What is the warranty on keepsake jewelry?

I offer a 1‑year warranty for custom pieces and a 14‑day warranty for Ready‑to‑Wear items against manufacturing faults. Warranties are void if care instructions are not followed.

Can I return or exchange my jewelry?

Custom keepsakes are non‑refundable. Ready‑to‑Wear items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if defective or incorrect, unused and in original packaging.

How long will my keepsake jewelry last?

With proper care, your jewelry can last a lifetime. The resin and preserved inclusions are designed to remain intact indefinitely when protected from environmental damage.
